Elevated experience from point of entry. Stunning decor, great cocktails, water add ins (lemon, lime, cucumber, orange, strawberry), lovely utensils and plates. And a great view!!! We ordered sushi, crispy rice, shishito peppers, drinks and an amazing dessert. Soooo good. People were definitely celebrating here. Fantastic!!!!

Well-curated asian fusion restaurant that offers a variety of flavorful dishes. The wine list featured a solid selection of options that paired nicely with our meal. We were seated upstairs, where the view at night is very nice.

Make this your next date night, girls night etc!! From the food, to the views, to the impeccable service and attention to detail, this is the kind of restaurant Staten Island needed! They truly think of everything here, such as the fresh fruit to add to your water, and the hook they place on the table to hold your to-go bag. *Note: Children under the age of 13 is not allowed during Friday or Saturday evenings* Blue Pearl provides a romantic waterfront dining experience, where its interior design is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. They have a second floor area and a private room for those who would like a more intimate and quiet dining experience. Vivien and Diogo took great care of us and kindly helped remedied the mild issues we encountered. For drinks my wife ordered the taro tea latte which was on the sweeter side, and I ordered the regular iced latte, which was on the milder side. The taro was definitely better than the regular latte, but that's just our subjective perspective. We ordered the matcha pancake to share, which had a nice balance between the bitterness of the matcha cream and sauce, and the sweet and tanginess of its fresh pineapple and strawberry accompaniment! We also had the lobster bisque lobster roll, where although the portion is quite tiny (as evident in the picture with the strawberry for size comparison), it was still quite flavorful and fresh; definitely interested to try their truffle flavor next time! Our steak and eggs brunch was delicious, where the savory black garlic aioli paired perfectly with the steak and potato Mille-feuille. Overall the food was good and the service was great. Vivien and Diolo both checked in on us multiple times and definitely cared to provide us with an optimal dining experience. We came for brunch and would love to come back for dinner one day. The only minor critique I have was a pesky little fly roaming around our dining table, which I understand can happen at times, but I hope something can be done to ensure it doesn't detract from the romantic and elegant dining experience that Blue Pearl strives to provide! So if you're looking for a romantic and intimate dining experience with a spectacular waterfront view, Blue Pearl definitely fits that description! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

Rare as a pearl to find. This one is definitely a precious stone! When you enter the place, you'd definitely know that you're into something special. Quiet, cozy, and luxurious is everyway! But don't forget, the food! Prepared to perfection. A bit pricey though, but worth every dollar spent. Try the crab cakes, for me that one speaks volumes. You won't forget what that first bite entails.

**Update 5/5/25** Our 2nd visit and we got to try two new menu items. The "Make Me Blush" Mojito and it was delicious! We also got the Angry Lobster Ramen, and although it was tasty, it was definitely more sour than we expected. Also, our waitress Nina was super sweet. ‐---‐--------------------------------------------------- Came here for lunch with my family, and we had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, but the front desk hostesses didn't notice we were standing in front of them. Our waiter was super nice and engaging, telling us about the dishes and providing us recommendations. We ordered the Lobster Roll (average price but not for the size), the Lobster Sushi Roll that tasted really good, and also the Eggplant Ravioli, which was good, but the cheese flavor was too heavy. Overall, it was a nice experience and willing to bring my friends to try the other dishes. **Also, there is free parking for restaurant guests (please see photo)

Stopped by to sit at the bar. Beautiful venue, I was in awe. They really took out time to really design this place. It was on Christmas eve and it was perfect. The bar staff was great and their drinks were unique and tasty. Had the black magic which is like drinking a delight hot chocolate with coconut cream but was a much better espresso martini The manager also came by and said hello which was so sweet. Would love to Come back to have dinner.

Everything was absolutely stunning at The Blue Pearl. The manager, John, and our server, Jose were both very excellent and made celebrating our anniversary dinner something we won’t forget soon. The owner and chef, Peter, even stopped by our table a few times to check in and discuss some of the dishes we had for the night. Atmosphere is very upscale and had high attention to detail. Drinks were excellent, and the food was great; definitely pushing the boundaries for many other places on Staten Island.
